  		Legal dispute over estate of Charles Sweetapple Several of the children apparently coerced their father Charles into selling/transferring the property to them before his death. Other children challenged the transaction in court and had it nullified. The farm ended up with son Fred and his wife Mary Hawley where they worked and lived the remainder of their lives.
