• Notes

  John's house, built in 1843 on Center Rd. in Avon, passed to his brother Mathew in 1864. It was then sold to the Lewis family and it is on the Ohio Registry of HIstorical Sites. Known as the Lewis House, it was saved and moved in 2002 to make way for a new Walmart.
